ERICA EDMANDS

Principal & Workplace Culture Expert

With over 25 years of experience, Erica Edmands is a trusted leader in trauma informed workplace investigations, cultural reviews, independent child safeguarding, FDV prevention. As an accredited mediator, equity and diversity lawyer, and experienced NED, she brings multifaceted expertise to complex organisational challenges.

Erica’s expertise in governance, risk, and safety focuses on preventing gendered violence and fostering inclusive workplaces. As a Certified Team Dynamics Facilitator of Own Your Armor™, she brings strategic insight and psychologically safe learning experiences to transformative workshops on inclusion, respect, and conflict resolution. Her evidence-based approach empowers leaders to build environments where psychological safety and inclusion and wellbeing thrive.

Earl Eddings

Director & Governance Expert

With extensive experience as a Chair, Non-Executive Director, CEO, and Managing Director across both local and international organisations, Earl brings deep expertise in governance and risk management to his roles.

Formerly Chair of Cricket Australia, Earl has led some of Australia’s largest risk management and health and safety projects, focusing on building sustainable strategic risk programs that enhance organisational outcomes while guiding executive leaders to make informed decisions. As a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and Graduate of the AICD, he
brings structured expertise to complex organisational challenges and is a respected leader in safety, governance and risk.

Diane Bates

Lead Investigator & Executive Consultant

Diane Bates is an expert in workplace investigations, misconduct inquiries, dispute resolution and workshop facilitation. A qualified lawyer, and a former senior reserve legal officer with the Australian Defence Force with over 28 years of experience, she has conducted major investigations into unacceptable workplace behaviour and sexual misconduct. 

Diane held a senior executive role in a government safety agency and served as a VCAT Tribunal Member for eight years, hearing cases on sexual harassment, discrimination, and victimisation. She is a highly skilled investigator and expert facilitator in our respect and equity programs.

Kate Crawshaw

Chief Experience Officer, Serious Woo

Kate Crawshaw is the founder at Serious Woo,  an experiential learning consultancy known for designing bold, human-centred programs that transform how teams handle challenge, feedback, and culture change. With over 20 years of experience in learning design and facilitation, Kate specialises in applied, experiential programs that help people develop the practical skills and confidence to lead difficult conversations and drive respectful workplace behaviours.

For more than a decade, Kate and the Serious Woo team have partnered with Inclusion@Work to co-design and deliver cultural change and communication programs across sectors, including projects with Victoria Police, VIT, Parks Victoria, Pan Macmillan, the University of Melbourne and many more. Kate is a certified practitioner of the Fearless Organisation Scan and, with Erica, a Certified Team Dynamics Facilitator of Own Your Armor™—bringing both strategic insight and a psychologically safe learning experience to the work of inclusion and respect.

ROBERT CUGNO

ASSOCIATE: EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP COACH

A seasoned executive coach with over 22 years’ experience, Rob partners with leaders at all levels to cultivate transformative leadership capabilities, enhance team dynamics, and build psychologically safe workplace cultures. 

Rob has particular expertise in developing emotional intelligence, inclusive leadership practices, and strategic people management skills that drive organisational success. Rob has worked closely with Inclusion@work and their clients on a number of coaching engagements, with successful outcomes for both individuals and their organisations.

Susan McNaughton

ASSOCIATE: Mediator & Executive Consultant

An English and Hong Kong-qualified lawyer, Susan McNaughton has spent over 20 years helping people navigate disputes. As a mediator and family dispute resolution specialist, she understands the emotional impact of conflict and provides calm, structured guidance. 

Susan coaches for The College of Law, supervises Bond University’s Family Mediation courses, and consults for a major Australian paediatric hospital as a medical mediation mentor. She creates safe spaces where people feel heard, can negotiate, and move forward.

Maree Davenport

ASSOCIATE: Mediator & Executive Consultant


Maree is an advocacy specialist and former Member of Parliament with extensive expertise in women’s health; equality, diversity and inclusion; and workplace dispute resolution. She was the youngest woman elected to the Parliament of Victoria, where she served 2 terms. With over 30 years’ experience in policy and advocacy, she brings strategic insight and innovative solutions to complex organisational and workplace disputes.

An experienced Board director, people leader and AMDRAS Accredited Mediator, Maree serves on the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise (ASBFEO) ADR practitioner panel. She also holds a Master of Leadership in Gender Equity. Her published work includes The Australian Guide to Living Well with Endometriosis (Wiley, 2025), nominated for the Stella Prize 2025.

Known for her strategic communication skills and ability to identify emerging issues, Maree helps parties create dispute resolution solutions that deliver tangible outcomes for organisations seeking to build inclusive, thriving workplaces.

Stuart Kay

ASSOCIATE: Executive Consultant & Leadership Coach

Stuart Kay is a dynamic leader with expertise in strategy, innovation, cultural change, and executive coaching. A former lawyer, COO of international law firms, and global technology director, Stuart has coached and mentored executives across multiple industries. 

As an exceptional facilitator and trainer, he has worked on respect and equity programs with Inclusion@work and partner firms, helping leaders develop inclusive and high-performing workplace cultures.
