Inclusion@work, established in 2010 by Erica Edmands, is a specialised legal practice focusing on workplace investigations, training, and equity, diversity and inclusion culture change programmes.
Our team conducts complex and sensitive workplace investigations, primarily in areas of sexual misconduct/harassment, bullying, discrimination, misconduct and other inappropriate behaviours.
We offer a range of services including mediations (all our mediators are NMAS acredited), cultural change initiatives, and Diversity & Inclusion workplace behaviour change programmes, with a particular emphasis on gender equity and prevention of violence against women.
Our clients span various sectors, including universities, corporations, for purpose, manufacturing and public institutions.
Using trauma-informed, person-centred approaches, we design and deliver tailored programmes that address respectful workplace cultures, leadership development, and compliance with legal duties to eliminate discrimination and harassment.
Our expertise extends to policy development, cultural reviews, and strategic advisory services, helping organisations create safe, inclusive, and psychologically safe work environments.
